Bell Institute
Built in 1920 by the Eastern Bengal State Railway, the Bell Institute offered recreational facilities for English and Anglo-Indian people, including a ballroom that now serves as a Badminton court.
Kazi Nazrul Institute
The Hind Marsh Institute, founded in 1892, was renamed Kazi Nazrul Islam Institute after the poet judged an event there in 1940. It now hosts cultural and sports activities and has a library.
Khudiram Bose Institute
The Khudiram Bose Institute, originally the Spalding Institute built by Eastern Bengal Railway, hosts games, sports, cultural programs, and social gatherings for Railway Workers.
Vivekananda Institute
The Vivekananda Institute was built by the Railways at Halisahar on 09th July 1972, for the recreation of staff residing in Halisahar and nearby Railway Quarters (now Bhutbagan area). It was approved by the CPO, Eastern Railway.
